Congratulations to Rhonda for winning our latest Paleo Challenge! For eight weeks Rhonda dug in and focused intently on the goal of doing well on this springs challenge.  Balancing being a momma for two little ones was difficult, however, her husband Kurt made the switch to paleo which was a nice bonus that helped to keep her on track throughout.  Other tips that Rhonda passed along was the importance of writing a grocery list in order to meal plan for every day of the week.  She also cut out “mindless” snacking in the middle of the day, and limited her fruit and nut consumption.  Great work, Rhonda!
