This is a Paleo version of the sugar and mayonnaise laden broccoli-raisin salad that is so loved. This recipe is easy, easy, easy, and can be made a day or two ahead of when needed. It is actually better after it sits for a day or so. Makes approximately 3-4 servings.

Broccoli Slaw

12 oz. bag of broccoli slaw

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tsp ground mustard 1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp poppy seed

1 ½ tsp celery seed Sea salt Raisins (optional)

Unsalted roasted sunflower seeds (optional)

Mix the olive oil and vinegar, add the dry spices and whisk together well. Pour over slaw; add the raisins and sunflower seeds to your liking.
