Ramp Up Class

PRICE TYPE OF TRAINING DETAILS
$150 M-W-F, 12 sessions The “Ramp Up” program is geared towards healthy individuals who are new to our training methods. This is a 4-week series of 12 classes that will focus on teaching you the movements most necessary for entry into our ongoing group class system. Each class will include a warm up, new exercise orientation, exercise/skill review, and a workout. At the end of the Ramp Up program, each athlete will be presented with options to continue training based on their level of fitness, as well as their ability to perform the movements safely and effectively. Options may include level 1 classes, level 2 classes, level 3 classes, or private training.

Group Classes

PRICE TYPE OF TRAINING DETAILS
$150 LEVEL 1: 3 times a week, 12 sessions We have several Level 1 classes scheduled throughout the week.  Pick one that best fits your schedule
$125 LEVEL 2: 3 times a week, 12 sessions You may choose from any of our available classes during the week, M-W-F-S.
$150 LEVEL 3: Unlimited monthly visits You must successfully complete our Level 3 “test in” requirements in order to attend our Tuesday/Thursday classes.
*Entry into our group class system requires successful completion of our “Ramp Up” program. Where scheduling conflicts arise the option of completing the Ramp Up curriculum in a private training or small group setting will suffice.

Personal Training

$30-45/hour 1-on-1 Contact for availability. Training rates may differ from one trainer to another. All PT sessions sold in 12 session packages.
$22.50-35/hour per person Couples training
$17.50-$25/hour per person 3-on-1

Family Discount

PRICE TYPE OF TRAINING DETAILS
10% Off Valid for Level 1 and Level 2 group classes only 10% off for the 2nd family member, 20% off for the 3rd family member, and 30% off for the 4th family member. Must reside in the same household.
