April “On Ramp” Right around the corner!!!
April will mark our third installment of the “On Ramp” program. This class be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 pm starting on April 5th. The “On Ramp” program is geared towards healthy individuals who are new to our training methods. This is a 4-week series of 12 classes that will focus on teaching you the movements most necessary for entry into our ongoing group class system. Each class will include a warm up, new exercise orientation, exercise/skill review, and a workout.

Event: Crossfit “StrongMan Challenge”
L10XF”s StrongMan Challenge is set for Saturday May 22nd. This event is open to anyone, but is geared towards those folk with some serious LB”s behind their Deadlift, Squat and Clean. Event information, Bio”s and registration will be available shortly.
